Membership Agreement for Know Good

This Membership Agreement("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between Know Good ("the Association") and each individual member ("Member"). By consenting to this Agreement, you affirm your commitment to the Association's principles and agree to abide by its rules and policies.

1. Reservation of Rights:

All rights related to the Association's content, publications, and any other intellectual property are expressly reserved by the Association. We do not practice law nor are we accountants, all information shared is for entertainment purposes only.

2. Confidentiality of Content:

Content made available to Members through a secured login on the Association's website is deemed private and confidential. Members agree not to disclose, disseminate, or reproduce this content outside the confines of the Association. Violation of this clause constitutes a breach of the Agreement and may result in termination of membership and other legal consequences.

3. Membership Eligibility and Conduct:

a. The Association is a fraternity of living individuals seeking greater levels of personal freedom, knowledge, and benevolence. Members must conduct themselves peacefully and respectfully towards all individuals and entities, upholding the Association's principles.

b. Membership is open exclusively to individuals acting in their private capacity as living persons, not in any professional or legal capacity that might conflict with the Association's principles.

c. The Association expressly restricts membership from federal employees, contractors, and individuals licensed by legal bar associations due to potential conflicts of interest with the Association's fundamental principles.

d. Individuals engaged in activities such as murder, destruction of property, theft, or fraud, as determined by reliable evidence, are ineligible for membership.

4. Liability and Indemnification:

Members agree to relinquish the right to utilize any information obtained through the Association in any manner harmful to the Association or its Members. This includes initiating or contributing to legal actions or disclosing confidential information. Members agree to indemnify the Association against any damages resulting from such actions.

5. Breach and Damages:

Membership may be revoked without notice for violating the terms of this Agreement. Each violation of this Agreement entitles the Association to seek damages of no less than $1,000,000.00 USD per infraction.

6. Privacy and Data Use:

The Association is committed to maintaining Member privacy and will not sell or disclose personal information to third parties without consent. However, Members acknowledge that data generated on the Association's digital platforms can be used internally to enhance user experience and for other operational purposes.

7. Communication Consent:

By default, Members agree to receive communications from the Association. If a Member wishes to cease receiving communications, they may cancel their membership, thereby revoking this consent.

8. Termination of Rights Over Digital Data:

Members agree to transfer rights over any digital content or data they create or provide on the Association's platforms, permitting the Association unrestricted legal rights to this digital content.

9. Amendments:

This Agreement may be modified by the Association at any time, with changes communicated to Members in accordance with the Association's bylaws.

10. Refund Policy

We only provide refunds for classes if they requested prior to the class date, we do not provide refunds, after a class has started or completed. We offer no refunds for artwork that is purchased or services that are rendered. 10. Agreement to Terms:

By joining the Association, individuals agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Failure to comply with any part of this Agreement may result in membership termination and further legal action.
